Citizen Survey 2018

In summer 2018, the Texas State University Center for Research, Public Policy, and Training conducted a survey of Georgetown residents on behalf of the City of Georgetown. The Citizen Survey was conducted by mail and via an online poll and included 469 mailed responses and 873 online responses from City of Georgetown residents. The survey included questions about City of Georgetown services, programs, and projects. Below is a report of the survey findings.

Flood Protection Planning Study

The Flood Protection Planning Study’s goal is to identify areas of flooding and develop mitigation strategies such as drainage maintenance and potential future drainage projects.

The study is a partnership between the cities of Georgetown, Leander and Liberty Hill, as well as Williamson County and the Texas Water Development Board.
