Development Manual

The UDC Development Manual was adopted with the Unified Development Code. The manual is intended to provide applicants with the information and forms necessary to file a complete application. The manual contains checklists of all required application materials required for each type of permit processed by the Division.

Community Development amended the Development Manual in January 2009, which is shown below. Per ordinance, the city accepted comments on these revisions for 30 days and they became effective on January 31, 2009.   The changes that were made were clerical in nature.  The 2009 Meeting Dates and Deadlines were added, Application Review Times were updated and signature templates were changed for the Mayor and City Secretary.    The new publication is available  below in pdf format by chapter for easier downloading.
